For the door interlock type S spec, a ceiling door open
/close confirmation limit switch failed.
8601 ATC tool change arm inverter failure
ATC tool change arm inverter error signal (iAIVAL_B) turned off

8602 Chip pan cover interlock

1->At the time of NC running OR loader automatic operating,
a chip pan cover is not close status.
8603 C-axis clamp / unclamp condition

1->C-axis is not low-pressure brake condition while
C-axis cutting feed.
8604 Long tool change protection
[Code]
1->The cover open/close command is
designated while the spindle is rotating.
2->The cover open/close command is
designated when the M-tool spindle is rotating.
3->The cover open/close command is
designated when the C-axis is rotating.
4->The cover open/close command is designated
while the turret is not at the travel end of Z-axis
5->The cover open/close command is
designated when the slider was not retract position.
6->The slider advance/retract command is
designated when the cover was not open position.
7->The gripper open/close command is designated
when the slider was not advance/retract position.
8->The ATC command(M06,M288,M321,M421) is designated
when the Long tool was the turret tool.
11->The cover was not closed position during Spindle rotation.
or, Spindle rotation command was designated when the
cover was not closed position.
12->The cover was not closed position during M-spindle
rotation. or, M-spindle rotation command was designated
when the cover was not closed position.
13->The cover was not closed position during C-axis movement.
or, C-axis movement command was designated when the cover

14->The cover was not closed position during axis movement.
or, axis movement command was designated when the cover

8605 Drive belt disconnection
The drive belt disconnected it.

1->The Belt snap signal of EZ-axis kept OFF for the time of
MC SYSTEM PARAMETER ATC “Belt disconnection detect timer
(EZ)” setting or longer.
2->In the case of matrix magazine specification,the belt
snap signal of MGB-axis kept OFF for the time of MC
SYSTEM PARAMETER ATC “Belt disconnection detect
timer(MGB)” setting or longer.
8606 APC Door open/close limit N.G.
When the power is supplied, the open/close end limit
switches of the operator door or front door are both
ON or OFF.

1)Malfunction of door open/close end limit switches
[Measures to Take]
1)Check and replace a faulty door open/close end limit
switch.
8607 XB cover interfered
The monitored axis entered the interference range when
XB cover for B-turret was not specified position. Or,
XB cover was not specified position when the monitored
axis was entering.

8608 Touch setter unit illegal
[Code]
None->Touch setter unit illegal signal kept OFF for a second
or longer ,when touch setter was not retract position.

傳感器操作。
